This website is run by Gary Callaway, a sole trader trading as LandlordHub, Unit 173641, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL (ICO registration number ZC262506).

What we collect

• No cookies, and no advertising trackers.
• A simple visit counter. To see how many people find this guide, each page view records the page address, the website you came from (if any) and any campaign tag in the link. It doesn't record who you are, doesn't use cookies and doesn't store anything on your device. The numbers are kept by LandlordHub.
• The checker stays on your device. Your answers are worked out in your browser and never sent to us.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and protect the site.
• Links to LandlordHub include a short tag (utm_source=epcready) so LandlordHub can count visitors who came from this guide. It doesn't identify you.
• Emails. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@landlordhub.info. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
